मिति १३ अप्रिल २०२४ शनिवारको दिन लन्डन स्थित ह्यारो बोरो फुटबल क्लब, साउथ ह्यारोको हलमा गोरखा नेप्लिज वेल्फेयर सोसाइटी, युकेले नेपाली नया वर्ष २०८१ सालको कार्यक्रम आयोजना गरेको थियो।यसै संस्थाका अध्यक्ष श्री गन्ज बहादुर आलेज्युको सभापतित्वमा कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न भएको थियो उक्त कार्यक्रममा संस्थाका पुर्ब अध्यक्ष तथा प्रमुख सल्लाहकार श्री कृष्ण बहादुर राईज्यु लगायत संस्थाका पुर्व अध्यक्षज्युहरु साथै सम्पुर्ण सल्लाहकाराज्युहरुको पनि उपस्थिति भएको थियो। संस्थाको महासचिव श्री बिमला कुमारी राई ज्युले कार्यक्रम संन्चालन गर्नु भएको थियो।
यसैगरी नेपाली नया वर्ष २०८१ सालको कार्यक्रमलाई सफल अनाउनको लागि आफ्नो बहुमुल्य समय दिनु भइ यस कार्यक्रमलाई सभ्य तथा भव्यताका साथ् सफल बनाउनुका लागि संस्थाका सम्पुर्ण सदस्यज्युहरुका साथै ज्येष्ठ नागरिक सदस्यज्युहरु पनि उपस्थित भएका थिए। यसै गरी कार्यक्रमलाई अझ मनमोहक तथा संगीतमय बनाउनका लागि कलाकारहरु पनि उपस्थित भएका थिए तथा उहाहरु आ आफ्नो प्रतिबा देखाउनका लागि उत्साहित देखिन्थे।
बेलुकीको लगभग ५:३० बजे तिर कार्यक्रम हुने हलमा सबैजनाको उपस्थितीहरु देखिन थाले, संस्थाका कार्य समितिका अध्यक्षज्यु लगायत सम्पुर्ण पदाधिकारीज्युहरु तथा सदस्यज्युहरुले दिउसै आएर हल सजावटको काम सकिसकेका थिए, हलको मौलिक सुन्दरताले आफ्नै नेपालीपन झल्काइरहेको आभास भइरहेको थियो मानौ निलो आकाशमा सेतो बादलले लुकामारी खेली रहेछन्। कायक्रमा उपस्थित सबैजनाको अनुहारमा खुशीको मुस्कानहरु देखिन्थ्यो, सबैजना एकअर्का संग नया वर्षको शुभकामना आदान प्रदान गर्नमा व्यस्त देखिन्थ्यो। यसरीनै सबैजना भलाकुसारी मा नै व्यत भएकोले समय बितेको केही पनि थाहा नै भएन किनभने ओपचारिक कार्यक्रम शुरु भएछ। संस्थाका अध्यक्ष श्री गन्ज बहादुर आलेज्युको सभापतित्वमा नया वर्षको कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न भए पछि सभापति ज्यु तथा संस्थाका पुर्ब अध्यक्ष तथा प्रमुख सल्लाहकार श्री कृष्ण बहादुर राईज्युले पानसमा बत्ती बालेर नेपाली नया वर्ष २०८१ सालको कार्यक्रम उदघाटन गर्नुभयो। यसका साथै सबैजनाले नेपाल राष्ट्रियगान गाएर आफु विदेशमा रहेता पनि आफ्नो देश नेपालको मान राखेको अनुभूत भयो। उक्त कार्यक्रममा उपस्थित सबैजालाई संस्थाका उपाध्यक्ष श्री राजेन्द्र लिम्बुज्युले नया वर्षको शुभकामना दिनुभइ स्वागत गर्नु भयो।
गोरखा नेपलिज वेलफेयर सोसाइटी , युके एउटा कल्याणकारी संस्था भएकोले यस संस्थामा आबद्ध रहेका ज्येष्ठ नागरिक सदस्यहरुलाई हरेक हप्ताको एक दिन भए पनि प्रौढ शिक्षाको लागी नेशनल लोट्री कम्युनिटि फण्डमा संस्थाले निवेदन गरे अनुसार प्रौढ शिक्षा र बिबिध कार्यक्रमहरुको लागी संस्थामा केहि रकम प्राप्त भएको थियो।
उक्त कार्यक्रममा ट्रस्टी सदस्यहरु क्रमश श्री गन्ज बहादुर आलेज्यु (संस्थाका अध्यक्ष ), श्रीमती बिष्णु कुमारी गुरुङ (संस्थाका वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष ), श्री राजेन्द्र लिम्बु (संस्थाका उपाध्यक्ष), श्री गणेश आले (संस्थाका कोषाध्यक्ष), रिटायर्ड लेफ्टिनेण्ट श्री थाम प्रसाद गुरुङ (संस्थाका सल्लाहकार) यसैगरी ज्येष्ठ नागरिक सदस्यका अध्यक्ष तथा संस्थाका सल्लाहकार रिटायर्ड क्याप्टेन श्री रुकुम बहादुर राना , प्रौढ शिक्षाको तालिम दिनुहुने गुरुआमा श्रीमती अमृता थापाज्यु र शारीरिक व्यायाम तथा योगाको तालिम दिनुहुने योगा गुरुआमा श्रीमती माणिकला राई गुरुङ्गज्यु लगायत सबैजनाले रिबन काटेर नेशनल लोट्री कम्युनिटी फण्डको उदघाटन गर्नुभयो।
उदघाटन पछि सभापति श्री गन्ज बहादुर आलेज्युले कार्यक्रममा उपस्थित सबैजनालाई नेशनल लोट्री कम्युनिटी फण्डको बारेमा जानकारीका साथै कार्यक्रम प्रत्येक हप्ताको बुधबारको दिन गरिने छ तथा यो भित्र निम्नलिखित कार्यक्रमहरु पर्दछन भनेर संक्षिप्त रुपमा भन्नु भयो जस्तै:-

c. Health & Safety Awareness Workshop
d. Educational & Recreational Excursion – A single day trip to historic locations across the UK
e. Cultural & Dance Sessions
यी माथि दिइएको सबै कोर्षहरु समयानुकुल क्रमशै शुरु गरीनेछ भनि जानकारी दिनुभयो।
नेशनल लोट्री कम्युनिटी फण्डको उदघाटन पछि लगतै पहिलो क्लास Culture & Dance practice योगाकी गुरुआमा श्रीमती माणिकला राई गुरुङ्गज्युले कार्यक्रममा उपस्थित सबैजनालाई जीवनमा स्वस्थ हुनु किन जरुरी छ भन्दै योगा र व्यायामको बारेमा जानकारी गराउदै करिबन आधा घण्टा जति योगा र गितको तालमा नाच सिकाउनु भएको थियो। सबै जनाले व्यवहारिक रुपमा पनि सिक्नु भयो सबै जनाले आन्नन्द ग्रहण गरेको महशुस भएको थियो ।
औपचारिक कार्यक्रम अन्तमा संस्थालाई हरेक दुख सुखमा सहयोग गर्ने प्रतिबधत्ता जाहेर गर्दै आजीवन सदस्यता लिनु हुने सदस्यहरुलाई कार्यक्रमका सभापति श्री गन्ज बहादुर आलेज्यु र संस्थाका पुर्ब अध्यक्ष तथा प्रमुख सल्लाहकार श्री कृष्ण बहादुर राईज्युले सम्मान पत्रका साथ खादा ओढाएर स-सम्मान गर्दै संस्थामा स्वगत गर्नुभयो।
यसैगरी कार्यक्रमको अन्तिम फेजमा सांस्कृतिक सचिव श्रीमती मणिकला राई गुरुङज्यु र सह संयोजक श्रीमती निर भगवती राईज्युले सांसकृतिक कार्यक्रम भव्यताका साथ् सन्चालन गर्नु भएको थियो । नृत्य कलाकारहरुले उपस्थित सबैलाई मनोरंजन दिनुका साथै मन्त्रमुग्ध बनाएर प्रस्तुती गरेका थियो। स्टेज कार्यक्रम सकिएपछि कार्यक्रमलाई अझ संगीतमय वातावरणमा ल्याउन साथ् दिनुहुने डिजे श्री सुनिल लिम्बुज्युले पाहुनाहरुको चाहना अनुसारको डिजे गरेकोले सबै जना पाहुनाहरुले नयाँ बर्ष २०८१ साल स्वागत गर्दै कम्मर मर्काइ मर्काइ नाचेर २०८० लाई बिदाइ गरेका थिए।
यसैगरी शुरु देखि अन्त्य सम्म विधिवत रूपमा कार्यक्रम सफल बनाउन कार्यक्रमका संयोजक उपाध्यक्ष्य श्री राजेन्द्र लिम्बुज्युले पूर्णरुपमा निगरानी गर्नु भएको थियो भने कार्यक्रममा उपस्थित सबैजनाको लागि मिठो खानपीनको व्यवस्थापन संस्थाका वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष श्रीमती बिष्णु कुमारी गुरुङज्युको संयोजकतामा सम्पन्न भएको थियो र सदस्य श्रीमती सोम कुमारी थापाज्यूले सहयोग गर्नु भएको थियो। नेपाली नया वर्षको कार्यक्रमको संचालन विधिवत रुपमा शुरु देखि अन्त्य सम्म संस्थाकी महासचिव श्रीमती बिमला कुमारी राईज्युले सन्चालन गर्नु भएको थियो भने कार्यक्रममा आउनु हुने पाहुना महानुभावहरुको हेरचाह गर्न संस्थाकी सचिव श्रीमती नव लक्ष्मी कुमारी राईज्युले जिम्मेवारी निभाउनु भएको थियो भने संस्थाका कोषाध्यक्ष श्री गणेश आलेज्यु तथा संस्थाकी सदस्य श्रीमती पुष्पा देवी थापाज्यूले प्रवेशद्वारमा प्रवेश शुल्क लिने अभिभारा सम्माल्नु भएको थियो।
अन्त्यमा, कार्यक्रममा उपस्थित सम्पूर्ण पाहुनाहरुलाई नेपाली नया वर्ष २०८१ सालले देश विदेशमा छरिएर बस्नु हुने सम्पुर्ण नेपालीहरुको घरघरमा सुख र समृधिले बास गरुन, सबैजना स्वस्थ र निरोगी रहुन भन्दै अध्यक्ष गन्ज बहादुर आलेज्युले हार्दिक शुभकामना दिनुका साथै आफ्नो बहुमुल्य समय दिनु भइ कार्यक्रममा उपस्थित हुनु भइ नेपाली नया वर्षको २०८१ सालको कार्यक्रम सफल बनाइ दिनु भएकोमा पनि धन्यवाद ज्ञापन गर्दै कार्यक्रम समापन गर्नु भएको थियो।

National Lottery Community Fund Grandly Launched.

Dated 13th April 2024 Saturday at the Hall of Harrow Borough Football Club, South Harrow, London, Gorkha Nepalese Welfare Society, UK organized Nepali New Year 2081 event.
The program was completed under the chairmanship of Mr. Ganja Bahadur Ale, the president of this organization. The former president and chief advisor of the organization, Mr. Krishna Bahadur Raizyu, was also present in the program. The general secretary of the organization, Mr. Bimala Kumari Rai, conducted the program.
Likewise, all the members of the organization as well as the senior citizens were also present to make the Nepali New Year 2081 program a success by giving their valuable time to make this program a success with civility and grandeur. Similarly, to make the program more interesting and musical, artists were also present and they seemed excited to show their talent.
At around 5:30 pm, everyone’s presence began to be seen in the hall where the program was to be held. All the executive members, advisors and members, including the chairman of the organization’s working committee, had come and finished the decoration of the hall before starts the party. Happy smiles were seen on the faces of everyone present at the event, everyone seemed busy exchanging New Year wishes with each other. In this way, everyone was engaged in good deeds and did not know anything about the passing of time because the medical program has started.
After the completion of the new year program under the chairmanship of Mr. Ganja Bahadur Ale, the chairman of the organization, Mr. Krishna Bahadur Rai, the former president and chief advisor of the organization, inaugurated the Nepali New Year 2081 program by lighting the panas. In addition to this, everyone sang the national anthem of Nepal and it was felt that even though they were living abroad, they respected their country Nepal. Mr. Rajendra Limbu, the vice president of the organization welcomed everyone present in the program by wishing them a happy new year.
Gurkha Nepalese Welfare Society, UK being a welfare organization, the senior citizen members who are affiliated to this organization received some funds for adult education and various programs as per the organization’s application to the National Lottery Community Fund for adult education even if it is one day every week.
The trustee members in the program were Mr. Ganja Bahadur Ale (President of the organization), Mrs. Bishnu Kumari Gurung (Senior Vice President of the organization), Mr. Rajendra Limbu (Vice President of the organization), Mr. Ganesh Ale (Treasurer of the organization), retired lieutenant Mr. Tham Prasad Gurung (adviser of the organization). Likewise, retired captain Mr. Rukum Bahadur Rana, president of the senior citizen members and advisor of the organization, Mrs. Amrita Thapa, the adult education instructor, and Mrs. Manikala Rai Gurung, the yoga instructor who gives physical exercise and dance training, cut the ribbon and launched the National Lottery Community Fund. After the launched programme, the Chairman Mr. Ganja Bahadur Ale briefed everyone present about the National Lottery Community Fund as well as the program will be held every Wednesday and it will include the following programs like:-

b. IT Skills Sessions
c. Health & Safety Awareness Workshop
d. Educational & Recreational Excursion – A single day trip to historic locations across the UK
e. Cultural & Dance Sessions
He informed that all the courses given above will be started according to time. Immediately after the launched of the National Lottery Community Fund, the first class Culture & Dance practice was held by Mrs. Manikala Rai Gurung, the instructor of yoga, who informed everyone present about the importance of being healthy in life and taught yoga and dance for about half an hour to the rhythm of songs. Everyone learned practically and everyone felt that they enjoyed themselves.
At the end of the formal program, Mr. Ganja Bahadur Ale, the chairman of the program, and Mr. Krishna Bahadur Rai, the former president and chief advisor of the organization, welcomed the members to the organization by presenting them with certificates of appreciation and honoring them.Likewise, in the last phase of the program, Cultural Secretary Mrs. Manikala Rai Gurung and Asst-Coordinator Mrs. Nir Bhagwati Rai conducted the cultural program with grandeur. The dance artists gave entertainment to all present as well as mesmerized them. After the stage program was over, DJ Mr. Sunil Limbuju, who helped bring the program to a more musical atmosphere, performed the DJ according to the wishes of the guests.
Similarly, to make the program successful from the beginning to the end, Mr. Rajendra Limbuju, the coordinator vice president of the program, had to fully monitor it, while the management of delicious food for everyone present in the program was completed under the coordination of Mrs. Bishnu Kumari Gurung, the senior vice president of the organization, and Mrs. Som Kumari Thapa, assisted her. The organization of the Nepali New Year program was properly conducted from the beginning to the end by Mrs. Bimala Kumari Rai, and the secretary of the organization, Mrs. Naw Laxmi Kumari Rai, was responsible for taking care of the guests who came to the program, while the treasurer of the organization, Mr. Ganesh Ale, and the member of the organization, Mrs Pushpa Devi Thapa was in charge of collecting the entrance fee at the main entrance.
At the end, Chairman Ganja Bahadur Ale wished all the guests present at the event to wish Nepali New Year 2081 a happy and prosperous life in the homes of all the Nepalis who are scattered abroad, and that everyone should be healthy and healthy. The program was concluded by expressing gratitude for making the program of the year 2081 a success.
